• 2. General Provisions

The user´s activity in our ECO system is the most important thing for Bowl’A’Coin.
It’s 100% free to join in all our programs and games. The user can always decide if they want to start to pay money for more service, or get a bigger advantage in our games.  

2:1 Services

The user can access to the whole ECO system just by registering on any platform within our ECO system, and can do with the same username and password to login to all that is connected to Bowl’A’Coin ECO system.
Bowl’A’Coin does not take responsibility for a user that would start advertising a company that prohibits or with copyrights. In that case, the ads will be removed and the user will be blocked when an investigation is finished.
Users can freely choose to be an affiliate within our ECO system and create their own business and collaborate with various companies.  Users are free to form their own team within the Bowl’A’Coin Terms and Regulations for an affiliate.

2.2 Scope of Services

Bowl’A’Coin is a company with its own ECO system dedicated in creating contacts and relationships with people and companies online and offline.

As part of the ECO system, Bowl’A’Coin gives the users the opportunity to be an affiliate and create their own business, especially with the available services such as:

2:3 Definitions

Password - Unique sequence of characters created by the user, that secure access to the account.
Transaction Password - An extra layer of security when the user wants to withdraw money, change the profile or sending money to other users.
Login - User Name, which is used for identification in the system along with the password required to make an authorization when accessing the ECO system.
User account - After the success login, user coming to their user account, from where they can control, profile setting, KYC, Advertising, games and services and business.
Marketing - Promotional banners, business card,  Logos, advertising, Marketing plan - Documents that specify how to build their own business and services are provided by Bowl’A’Coin. Members who change the above mentioned marketing without approval from Bowl’A’Coin can lose their account in worst case.
ECO system - The websites and APPs that exists within the ECO system belongs to Bowl’A’Coin. All were created within the ECO system of users belong to Bowl’A’Coin and considered as Bowl’A’Coin’s property. Each user approves terms when they register.
Registration - Activity performed within the ECO system, which means that you can create a user account using login and passwords and other fields that are requested when registering.
Affiliate system – Affiliate system allows each user to build a business within the ECO system and generate an income and passive income based on the sale in the network.
Bowl’A’Coin BRAND – Bowl’A’Coin is creating their own BRAND from the backend bowling machines, to the scoring system, where combining the online games together with real bowling.
Content - All services and materials are shared in the ECO system
Games and APP – Bowl’A’Coin has a series of games and app´s coming to the ECO system, all reward users on their activity.
Social media – Bowl’A’Coin has its own Social media site from where you can chat, likes, share, comment and much more, also here each user is getting rewarded with their activity.
User - A natural person, a legal entity or organization that is not connected to one another, who by law, is in the country in which Bowl’A’Coin is located to conduct business. And that according to the country, it allows the business in conducting such activities as Bowl’A’Coin offers.
Companies – Each company who wish to do business with Bowl’A’Coin needs to follow the law within the country they are registered in. Bowl’A’Coin can’t do business with a company without legal papers.

2:4 Business Model

Bowl’A’Coin is based on a free to join ECO system, all can register for free and use the product online and offline.

Each user can freely choose the product, service or games they want to participate in within the ECO system. The ECO system also allows each user to be an affiliate member and start building their own business providing Bowl’A’Coin product and service:

1. It is not necessary to invite people into the ECO system to get profit, your own activity can do it.
2. Each user can purchase the product and service directly from Bowl’A’Coin and NOT from other affiliates.
3. The user confirms on each purchase the value of the purchased service or product.
4. A user can choose to join our Affiliate system by purchasing a License that allows them to participate and build a global business within Bowl’A’Coin ECO system.
5. All information and presentation materials are available free of charge after login by the user.
6. The affiliate system is presented in the Marketing TAB in BowlACoin.club that helps each user to build their business. Note, each country have different laws and it’s up to each affiliate to follow their own country’s rules and laws.
7. If the user has in any way not to fulfilled the requirements of rules for his country or the terms and rules to be an affiliate connected with the purchase of products and services within Bowl’A’Coin ECO system. Bowl’A’Coin has the right to terminate the affiliate’s agreement or put it ON HOLD when further investigation is done.

• 3 Registration and Agreement

Registration to Bowl’A’Coin is for everyone, but our affliate system is for 18 of age minimum. 

3:1 Users

A natural person, legal entity or other organizational entity with legal capacity may enter into an agreement with Bowl’A’Coin can be called users. The age of the user shall be defined by the legislation of a particular country, from which the user is a citizen.  Persons not of age can become users if they have the consent of a guardian.  In case of doubt, Bowl’A’Coin may request documents to prove the person's status as an adult.

3:1.1 Affiliate User

The agreement as "Affiliate user" is for the time being, depending on the license you purchase in bowlacoin.club site.  The user can stop using the ECO system at any time and can delete their registration using the right service for closing.  If users choose to close their account when they already have purchased a license, we will close the account and charge a service fee at $100 future commission generated will be lost.

The user has the right to cancel their closed account decision within 14 days and can resume their same status in the ECO system for a $150 replacement fee to Bowl’A’Coin.

3:2 Agreement

By registering in the ECO system and being verified through approved documents, the user concludes an agreement with Bowl’A’Coin for the provision of services electronically and confirms that they have read the newest update/version on Marketing plan and Terms and Regulations that apply to the use of the ECO system:

3:2.1 KYC ( know your customer )

Before you can become an Affiliate and start earning income in the Bowl’A’Coin ECO system, you need to be KYC approved.
Bowl’A’Coin does not sell any information to any third parties, and your details is 100% safe within the ECO system.

3:3 Registration Field

The registration is only performed online and must contain information about the user.

Special information is:

1. Company name (if it is business)
2. First name
3. Last Name
4. Email address
5. Date of birth
6. Username
7. Password
8. Gender           ( Only requirement for affiliate and BAC token holders )
9. Full address           ( Only requirement for affiliate and BAC token holders )

Affliate user gets their own refferal link and landing page, where they can use to build their business with.

All user information is processed and protected under the GDPR Act.

3:4 The Registration Procedure

The user is required to complete all required fields completely and correctly and Email confirms activation of his account.

You also confirm that you have read and understand our Terms and Rules after registering to Bowl’A’Coin ECO system, user automatically approves that:

1. They have read the terms of use of the ECO system.
2. They have read the terms for processing personal data.
3. The user has been informed of the basic application of the ECO system and understand the terms and the law of the country in which they live and registered as a citizens, where the laws they need to follow.
4. If the user breaks any terms or laws, they have no opportunity for compensation or the right to withdraw and get their deposited funds back.
5. Each user is obligated to study and read the terms and laws on their own.
6. The user will follow tax rules on their own, which are applied in the country they are registered. Each user has their own responsibility to declare their own tax declaration.

Bowl’A’Coin does not take any responsibility for any mishap for declaring the user’s tax.

3:5 The Duration of the Contract

Agreements are concluded for an unlimited period.  The user can terminate the agreement at any time using the account deletion function.  The user may require that all information about them be removed from the system by submitting a request via e-mail to Bowl’A’Coin support, but the company has the right to retain certain information necessary for usable identification if any authority to requests.

3:6 Deaths

The agreement ceases immediately at the user's death.  The right to inherit the account exists until 60 days after the user's death. The conditions for getting into the user's account are that Bowl’A’Coin gets the correct documents about the user's death.  It is Bowl’A’Coin who decides whether the action is probably crucial for inheriting an account.  In the case of an authorization to inherit an account, a legal or natural person must be entered as the owner and user of the account.

Each user can go in their Profile settings, click EDIT and fill out Nominee Information.

For a contact person with contact details.

You can not claim profit and funds from this account, but only the whole account.

Only a close family member can inherit the account . A service fee of 10% will be deducted.

3:7 Termination of the Agreement

Bowl’A’Coin reserves the right to extraordinary termination of the contract for insignificant reasons or, in particular, due to breach of rules in the terms.  The agreement can be terminated immediately without any notice, in case your profile is ON HOLD or closed you can contact support@bowlacoin.com to get more information.

In the event of such termination, the user does not have the right to claim any for compensation of purchased products or services.  Bowl’A’Coin may, in certain cases, allows the user to terminate his/her account within a reasonable time upon termination.  In the event of a breach of rules in the terms, Bowl’A’Coin does not need to justify the termination.

3:8 Account Activity

Each account that registered in the ECO system must be used actively for at least once every 3 months, the user must login into their account.  If the user does not log in to his/her account for 3 months (90 days), Bowl’A’Coin is entitled to terminate the user's account without replacing funds or services purchased on the account.

3:9 Sponsor Change

1. The user can´t change the inviting user whose reflink was used at registration.
2. To change to another reflink, the user must create a new account, and can’t happen with an active license.
3. Bowl’A’Coin does not allow cross sponsoring, and any sign or complains can get your account

ON HOLD for investigation, without any form of commission.

4. If a user chooses to change sponsor, the License and funds do not follow.
5. If a user has an Active License, they cannot change the sponsor.

• 4. The Users Obligations

4:1 Use the ECO System for Intended Purpose

Each user shall use the ECO system in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable legal and moral standards, and the provisions of this Regulation.  Each user is obliged to notify Bowl’A’Coin of any marked errors or gaps in the system.  Utilizing errors and gaps in the system to achieve some kind of benefits is incompatible with the regulation and constitutes a clear violation of the law and terms.  If the company decides that the user has used an error or gap for their gain, the user must bear the negative legal consequences of their conduct.

Bowl’A’Coin has the right, in such a situation, to apply all measures (sanctions) provided for in the regulation, including removing the user from the ECO system without compensation.

The user is required to protect their personal passwords and logins against third party access.  If the user's personal information changes, they can change/update them in their personal management panel.

Bowl’A’Coin staff will NEVER ask for your password or wallet information.

You can use Bowl’A’Coin ECO system only in connection with the regulations. If you create your own business, you must be able to follow all the provisions of both the regulations and legal provisions.

4:2 Forbidden or Unfair Advertising

Bowl’A’Coin establishes a prohibition on spreading unwanted advertising messages via email, fax or other text and moving messages (spam).  The distribution of prohibited or false advertising is prohibited and may result in the user being disconnected from the ECO system without any notice.  The user must not give false, misleading information that leads to potential new users entering the system through incorrect information that gives the user an unfair benefit compare to other users.

Bowl’A’Coin is a global advertising system showing ads online and offline, without any notice, we can choose to delete your ads or advertising if it does not follow our advertising rules and guidelines.

When the user buys a license he/she becomes an "Affiliate" and only works according to the terms and conditions.  The user gets a high status and should take responsibility for their actions.  Bowl’A’Coin gives the user the opportunity to build a business within the ECO system with their products and services,  the user must take care of this opportunity and act according to all regulations and laws.

4:3 Affiliate Status

The user, by creating his own business, acts as an affiliate partner. This is not an employee, contractor or sales representative. Therefore, there are no lines regarding sales or debts to provide services to make profit. The user is not instructed to any particular place, business or scope of his business. The user conducts his business himself in his own name and must comply with all the legal regulations including tax provisions, in order to obtain potential right to conduct his business and in order with all the laws of the country in which they are living in.

4:4 Privacy Clause

The user shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding confidential business information and structures from Bowl’A’Coin.  Company information includes names and information about your customers (downline) as well as all the company's customers.  The confidentiality clause also applies after termination of the agreement.

4:5 Media Requests

The user must not respond to inquiry requests regarding Bowl’A’Coin, its products, marketing plan or services.  The user must immediately transmit all requests to Bowl’A’Coin support or at least gets an approval to respond to the inquiries..

4:6 Account Rights

The user may not share accounts with other users, transfer rights to the account or perform other forms of sharing of part of entire account, if so happens, Bowl’A’Coin has right to terminate the users.

4:7 Recruitment

It is strictly prohibited to recruit other users from Bowl’A’Coin ECO system into their own affiliate link.

• 5 Use of Bowl’A’Coin ECO System

Bowl’A’Coin is not an investment.  You can work in the ECO system as a user or affiliate partner.  In both cases, no payments will be made. Your development is dependent on your own activity and potential on how you do the business.

5:1 General Provisions

The user shall use the ECO system in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and not interfere with its functions.  They shall use specific equipment that complies with applicable laws and regulations.  The user may not distribute and transmit via the ECO system in particular:

1. Content that is prohibited by law, in particular content that is offensive, vulgar, encouraging to violence or other illegal acts contrary to law or good practice. This includes violating personal assets and third party rights that are racist or directly discriminatory.
2. Personal data from third parties, their telephone numbers and address details and e-mail.
3. Unwanted commercial communication and all other types of spam.

All of the above can get your user account or affiliate account closed without any notice.

5:2 License Packages

You become an Affiliate user when you purchase a License in bowlacoin.club.  The value is between $5 - $3500 each pack open up service and product in the ECO system and gives bigger rewards.  Also depending on your license the higher income potential you can have.

Each license is valid between 1 month - 1 year. In case you want a higher license it’s considered as a new license and it will remove your old license and the new date starts from the beginning.

You can upgrade your current license at any time, just keep in mind, you will lose the remaining time on the old license.

5:3 File Management

Bowl’A’Coin provides service based on the possibility for the user to store files in their account or post on their wall, which other people can also see and use.  By uploading a file or advertisement, the user assumes full responsibility under all laws not to share files or ads that have copyright or other illegal material.  Downloading of material belonging to another user must be done with agreement between the two parties. Bowl’A’Coin is not a part to any such agreement and has no liability to any party, other or third party.

5:4 Naming of Files

Each user who uploads content should name these host files and give them a description that is consistent with the contents of the files.

Bowl’A’Coin has the right to delete any files that doesn’t follow the guidelines on the ECO system.

5:5 Visibility of Files and Their Use

The user can use the content files from other users by downloading and saving them on their own data storage devices as well as playback for private purposes.  Downloaded files should only be visible to the user who has downloaded it.

5:6 Violation of File Sharing System

Unauthorized and irresponsible attempts to bypass the file-sharing system by the user or re-uploading files covered by this system may result in liability for violations of these regulations as well as penalties or civil actions against the user for illegal distribution of files.  In this case, Bowl’Acoin has the right to remove the user and his account.

5:7 The User's Responsibility to Communicate Offensive Content

The user must immediately notify the company of any offensive or other illegal material in files shared on the Bowl’A’Coin ECO system.  If the user feels that any comment, content is in violation of law or practice, it must immediately be notified to the support at support@bowlacoin.com

5:8 Unauthorized Actions

It is forbidden to overload the Bowl’A’Coin servers and its ECO system through unauthorized traffic in the form of help apps or other ads that do not come directly from the company.  Attempts at the artificial possession of posts and files for profit from profitability in own operations are also prohibited.  The use of robotic apps that does not supported by Bowl’A’Coin is considered  as a violation and results in immediate termination of user account.

5:9 Responsibility for Uploading

The user is entirely responsible for everything he uploads and all the comments and materials.

• 6 Affiliate and ECO System

Bowl’A’Coin does not require anyone to be an affiliate user (their own business), it is an alternative.

6:1 Additional Features

The main purpose for bowlacoin.club affiliate website is to give users the option to build a business with the Bowl’A’Coin BRAND service and product, and in such way, it benefit both the user and Bowl’A’Coin.

A secondary purpose is helping companies to reach new customer on the internet and bring them into their business even if its an online company or an offline company, Bowl’A’Coin ECO system helps any business with that.  The user reward is based on user’s own activity and can get people to use their earnings in all partners connected to the ECO system.

The company distributes funds and acquires profits mainly from:

2. Sales of own products
3. Advance Advertising program
4. Affiliate system
5. From Partners

7. Software development

All user will get rewarded based on their activity

6:2 Marketing Plan

Bowl’A’Coin marketing plan, with all content included in it, forms an integral part of this agreement.  Indicated document contains the main principles for earning commission and getting rewards in the business described by Bowl’A’Coin ECO system.  At the same time, the company reminds all parties that it does not require users to encourage new people to the system.

6:3 Commission and Profit

1. Each user who chooses to buy a license is considered as an affiliate user, and opens up the options to earn commission in different levels depending on the chosen license size.
   The license can only be purchased in bowlacoin.club.
   If a license is purchased in a game or other places it’s a game license only and does not qualified for an affiliate license
2. You will receive commission on your customers you have brought into the ECO system. All bonuses are described in the Marketing Plan.
3. Before a user can earn commission they need to purchase a license.
   Each license has its own set of rules and benefit.

6:4 Sales Bonus

An affiliate user receives commission from customer that used his/her affiliate link to join the ECO system.

6:5 Activity Bonus

All users within Bowl´A´Coin ECO system and the app can earn activity bonuses even as a FREE user.  This bonus is only paid with a crypto currency named BAC (Bowl´A´Coin).

It’s important for you to login to your account before you can start earning.

The ECO system rewards its users when they are active on Bowl’A’Coin’s game platform and TeamConnect.

If any kind of cheat or manipulation to the system, you will be terminated and lose your earned BAC tokens without any further notice.

6:6 Booster Plan

Bowl’A’Coin’s activity booster packages offer the possibility to obtain up to 20% a month with a Member, Basic or Advance license and up to 35% a month with a Partner, Business or Royal license.

All activity is paid in BAC token and is 100% based on ALL users’ activity in ECO system.

The Activity Bonus is based on user’s activity, where the Booster plan is based on other user’s activity, this way you can earn passive BAC tokens.

6:13 Affiliate User

An affiliate user is authorized to find new customers for Bowl’A’Coin products and services.

You are now affiliate sponsor to new user.  As an affiliate sponsor, it is your responsibility to help the new customer/affiliate to understand everything about the rules and structures surrounding Bowl’A’Coin's business concept and ECO system.

In worst case Bowl’A’Coin has the right to terminate your Affiliate license.

6:14 Administrative Panel

All user get access to Bowl’A’Coin ECO system, depending what license you purchasing the more functionally and rewards you get.

6:15 Delivery of Online and Offline Products

Delivery of products and services is done directly when buying our online E-product.

Product on the web-shop is depending on the shipping rules and taxes from where you are buying from, you can find the information once you are buying in the shop.

Normal delivery is 5-15 business days or else you will be informed directly.

6:16 Affiliate Acquisition (New Customers)

Any potential information about the ways of gaining profits if recognizing the benefits of inviting new customers cannot be interpreted as a necessary form of function in the ECO system.  In particular, the wording "all you need is to bring in one/next person" does not mean that it is necessary within the Bowl’A’Coin ECO system.  The acquisition of new users is intended for the breadth of Bowl’A’Coin and its ECO system, but the availability of the service which makes it possible to use the ECO system without these measures. A user who has effectively invited (acquired) another user to the Bowl’A’Coin ECO system for their own affiliate business.

6:17 Affiliate Business

The operations of Affiliate in Bowl’A’Coin are carried out on their own account and the risk and use of the ECO system is voluntary. All decisions and information that affiliates take from the user who acquired them are done well with their sponsor, which Bowl’A’Coin does not have an impact on. In particular, affiliate cannot act on behalf of, or for Bowl’A’Coin. All rules are the same for all the users.

6:18 Conduct Business Activity

Building an affiliate business activity shall only be made according to all terms and conditions that Bowl’A’Coin presents in the terms and marketing plan. Bowl’A’Coin is not responsible to the user or third party for omissions or actions by affiliates that leads to observing or violating binding regulations. Bowl’A’Coin does not provide any consulting services to users, especially within the framework of legal, financial assistance or tax consultant. All users are required to pay any taxes on their own.

6:19 Using Bowl’A’Coin Brand and Marketing

A user or affiliate is entitled to use the company name, name, logo, photographs, prints, information from Bowl’A’Coin. Such use is approved only after the consent of Bowl’A’Coin and only in accordance with the provisions below.

1. If a user in any way uses the Bowl’A’Coin brand in different forms, it must always be added "in collaboration with" or "Independent affiliate of Bowl’A’Coin".
2. If a user uses the name Bowl’A’Coin in any domain, the company may require the transfer of rights to the domain.

In case of violations that are considered gross, Bowl’A’Coin reserves the right to delete and terminate the user without any notice.

In worst case law suits.

6:20 Cooperation with Other Entities

It is not prohibited to be part of any other MLM companies.

6:21 Chips and BAC Tokens

All Bowl’A’Coin games generate CHIPS, CHIPS can be converted in to BAC tokens. BAC token is a crypto based token asset you can move around on ERC20 ( Ethereum blockchain )

You can also use BAC token within Bowl’A’Coin ECO system, and all partner´s connected to the ECO system.

Each user can also earn BAC token on their activity generation in TeamConnect and can be transfered to your own wallet or exchange for trading.

7:5 Complaints

Complaints for non-deposit or withdrawals can be made to the support at support@bowlacoin.com. It must be submitted to the company within 14 days from the entry or withdrawal otherwise the settlement is considered correct.  In case of user’s mistake, Bowl’A’Coin has the right to charge a fee for the support work, however, at least $30.

7:6 Payment Methods

Funds are paid in via third party gateways that are available under the ADD Funds TAB.  Depending on the laws of different countries, some may be disabled for some users.

7:7 Community

Everyone above 18 years of age can create an affiliate business and become a part of the ECO system.

Age limit is a requirement in some of our ECO system, so read terms for that game or service before getting started.

7:8 Extra Costs

If a bank account is not specified or otherwise received by us with incorrect information results in the payment being transferred back, the user shall bear these costs if such arise.  Charges for transfers outside the EU, known as SEPA zones, shall be paid by the user.

The minimum transfer of withdrawal is $50.

8:2 The Function of Ad Serving

8:3 Account(s) per Household

Each user of the Bowl’A’Coin ECO system can register unlimited account per household.

If the ECO system detects activity of any kind of manipulation or cheat, users can be permanently and irrevocably deleted.

AS A PART OF THE SOFTWARE IS VERIFICATION REQUIRED BY EACH USER

8:4 Account Verification KYC (know your customer)

All users need to verified their email.

Verification is necessary for all accounts who wish to withdraw from their account.

The user must submit a good picture of the ID and as well as an ID document of himself holding the ID next to his/her. All pictures need to be very clear, no cutting edges and no glance on the picture, failure to do so, it will be rejected and the user needs to resubmit. 8:6 Version of the Marketing Plan

Each user who wish to earn money or getting rewarded with Bowl’A’Coin has their own responsibility to follow the last updated version of the marketing plan. You can always find the last updated marketing plan on bowlacoin.club under business.

8:7 Creating Advertising

As part of the services offered by Bowl’A’Coin, it is possible to create an advertising with a regular text, picture or a website.  In order to create an advertising, a user/company must fill in the form and choose the advertising area and then submit for review.

8:8 Content of the Advertising

The advertiser (user) bears full responsibility for the content of the advertisement against Bowl’A’Coin and third parties.  Bowl’A’Coin reserves the right to refuse the created advertising, or even remove it if in any violation of our terms or any laws.

• 9 Responsibility

Bowl’A’Coin is Copyrighted and needs a permission and rights to publish, store and distribute files that belong to Bowl’A’Coin. And we respect other companies or people with copyright in their content.

9: 1 Service

The user who creates advertising bears full responsibility for the respect of copyright and other rights associated with the publication, storage, distribution and other forms of use of the files held by the user and stored at Bowl’A’Coin.

In case of any twist with any lawmaker, we collaborate 100% with both sides.. Bowl’A’Coin can not be hold responsible for any mistake or breach from a user.

In such case, Bowl’A’Coin will suspend the user’s account  to any twist is finished.

9:2 Objectives in the Case

The user shall, in the case of copyright claims, be aware of any breach of any of these Rules by unlawfully uploading, sharing or publishing material from Bowl’A’Coin and personally assume any liability to the Company for any legal costs such as court proceedings, legal representations or costs incurred by the Company which is issued by the court or established by arbitration.

9:3 Unauthorized Access

In the event of unauthorized access or attempted access, Bowl’A’Coin has the right to charge a penalty for loss and immediately exclude the user from the Bowl’A’Coin ECO system.

IF YOU BREAK RULES, YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED.

9:4 Sanctions

Violations of the provisions of these regulations may, in Bowl’A’Coin´s judgment, result in a warning, suspending of the account, limiting the ability to use specific services, deletion of any files or special fields that violate these regulations including deletion of the account.  It is always Bowl’A’Coin who decides which opinion is right or wrong and the user will always be warned in writing by e-mail before such measure is decided.

9:5 Exclusion

Bowl’A’Coin carries no responsibility towards the user for lost data or funds at an exclusion of the user.  Bowl’A’Coin is also not liable for damages that may arise for the above mentioned arising from force majeure or third party.

9:6 Unauthorized Access to the Account

All consequences that arise as a result of third parties gaining access to passwords to the user do not give rise to responsibility for Bowl’A’Coin.  This is especially true when the user logs in through different locations.

It will always be users own responsibility to store and secure a safe password. Bowl’A’Coin provides 3 kind of security password.

1. Login password
2. Transaction password
3. Google authenticator

9:7 Right to Immediate Deletion

Bowl’A’Coin has the right to remove one or more files shared by a user, as well as the entire account, in order to maintain an adequate level of service standard on the ECO system and functionality in violation of the regulations or law.  Deletion does not require prior notification, but the user may require a justification via e-mail.

USER MAY USE THE CONTENT PLACED IN THE ECO SYSTEM ONLY AS A PART OF COMMON PERSONAL USE

10:1 Rights to the ECO System

All rights to the ECO system and all its options (including software, function schedules, graphic elements, databases and works presented in the ECO system) belong to Bowl’A’Coin.

Uploads from users are also considered as Bowl’A’Coin, by clicking upload each user confirmed the terms and copyright law, and fully understand all uploaded to Bowl’A’Coin is not copyrighted, in case this happens, the user can be terminated on the ECO system. And further more action will be taken; we refer to 9:2.

10:2 Allowed Personal Use

The user may use the content placed in the ECO system only in the context of permitted personal use.  Any use of the contents of the ECO system that is not permitted by personal use is prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

10:3 Prohibit

Use of Bowl’A’Coin ECO system does not mean the purchase of rights to this or its specific details.

10:4 Change or Block

Modification or blocking content presented in the ECO system, without Bowl’A’Coin's consent, may constitute a violation of applicable regulations, as well as the rights of Bowl’A’Coin and other persons.  This applies specifically to the use of tools such as Internet browsers or other applications with the ability to change or block content transmitted via the ECO system, especially content in the Advertising and TeamConnect’s social media.

• 11 The Right to Report Infringement and Complaint

IF YOU DISCOVER AN INFRINGEMENT OR ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT SUBMIT IN PROVISIONS, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS REPORT THIS TO US.  ALSO DIFFERENT BREAKS OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO US.

11:1 Registration

Users and third parties must notify Bowl’A’Coin by email, of the information of other users' violations of laws related to the contents of the ECO system and any irregularities in connection with its functions.

11:2 Contents of the Notification

The notification must contain mandatory information but in particular these should be stated:

1. Registration type
2. Designation of the person who submits information whose rights have been violated in the form of name and user name in the system. The notifier must also enter the e-mail address and telephone number together with the country code.
3. Detailed description of the violation of the law. Notifications that do not meet specific requirements for the notification to be processed will not be in the form of a reliable message. The notification should contain information aimed at protecting Bowl’A’Coin’s name and ECO system including the user's and third party's interests.

11:3 Complementary

A message that does not meet the requirements mentioned above may lead to Bowl’A’Coin requesting a supplement to the notifier with an appropriate time period.  A time period that has expired shall be considered as a resolved notification.

11:4 Temporary Suspension

In situations that give rise to doubts about the notification, Bowl’A’Coin has the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation.  A suspension of a user’s account does not have to be mean that the person holding this account has violated any rules in the law.  This suspension can be done for 30 days or at most 60 days.  After 60 days, Bowl’A’Coin must  decide whether the account will remain suspended, deleted or if the notification of crime is canceled.

The notified partner and the notifier shall, within a reasonable time, receive an information on the case and that both parties will have a clear explanation of the circumstances.

All information is made in writing to both e-mail, which they stated when enrolling.

11:5 Complaints

The user has the right to complain about the services provided in the regulations. Complaints must always be submitted to Bowl’A’Coin in written form and received only by e-mail.

Bowl’A’Coin reserves the right not to provide further answers to a complaint about which is lacking, especially in the areas of the dispute is already resolved.

• 12 General Information About the Services

Bowl’A’Coin DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY EXCEPTIONAL TECHNICAL PARAMETERS TO USE ITS SERVICES.  ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE SPECIFIED IN THE REGULATIONS.

12:1 System Function and Update

Bowl’A’Coin ensures the ECO system's function is always updated and working fine.

Bowl’A’Coin does not promise or gives any compensations if the ECO system breaks down, or updates is going on.

12:2 Program Security Level

Bowl’A’Coin ensures that the functions of the computerized system are 100% secure for third party infringement.  All intrusion into the system is due to the fact that passwords or other important information have been allowed by users or third parties.

Bowl’A’Coin provides 3 security password on each users account.

1. Login password
2. Transaction password
3. Google authenticator

Support will NEVER ask for your password.

12:3 Antivirus

The user should be aware of the risks that may occur in the absence of antivirus software.  All use of one's data on the user's personal devices must be secured by the user.  Bowl’A’Coin replaces no lost funds due to lack of security surcharges on private units.

• 13 Amendment of the Regulations

13:1 Right to Change

Bowl’A’Coin has the right to change regulations without giving a reason.  However, Bowl’A’Coin shall provide information visibly to the user in email or notification on login.  If a user does not approve the amendment of the regulations, this results in suspension or deletion of the user’s account.

13:2 Complementing the Regulation

Provisions that are deemed to be amended in regulations are always changed to such provisions that have the closest importance and purpose in the past.

13:3 Disputes

Provisions in the terms and all disputes between Bowl’A’Coin and the user shall always be resolved through internal settlement and not in a court.

13:4 Pause Caused by the Service Provider

Bowl’A’Coin has the right to perform maintenance work that is intended to restore the security or stability of the system, or even bring new product into the ECO system.  The user has no right to compensation in connection with such a break, nor does it cease to do the services with the company.

13:5 Changes

The user approves changes, legal changes and transfer of rights from Bowl’A’Coin to another entity.  In particular, the user accepts that Bowl’A’Coin's head office may be transferred to another country, including the creation of a brand new company or a merger of companies.

THE USER IS AWARE OF THE COMPANY'S MANAGEMENT OF THE GDPR LAW.  Bowl’A’Coin STORES ALL INFORMATION IN A DATABASE WHERE ONLY AN ADMINISTRATOR HAS ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION WHICH MAKES ANY OF THE COMPANY'S OR PROGRAM'S SUPPLIERS HAVE ACCESS TO THIS DATA.

14:1 Data Management

Personal information that arrives at Bowl’A’Coin is handled on a separate unit where only one employee has access with their own admin and password.

14:2 Time of Data in the Company

All personal information that arrives at Bowl’A’Coin is inaccessible to third parties 14 days ahead after registration.

After verification of the user is made, all useless history is deleted except for what is needed to be able to identify it.  These data are encrypted and hidden with a separate virus program.

14:3 Consent

The user voluntarily gives his or her consent that the company handles their personal data and the way their personal data is handled.

The user has the right to withdraw their consent when they wishes to do so. However, it may bring the closure of the account because the company is dependent on personal data in order to verify the right user.

Consent is given by the user in the ECO system under personal data or EDIT profile.

14:4 Withdraw Consent

The user withdraws his consent by email to through support via support@bowlacoin.com.

14:5 Request for Information

The user has the right to request from Bowl’A’Coin’s Database which tasks are handled by the company against this.  Information must be provided in writing.

Bowl’A’Coin has the full right to reclaim the request.

14:6 Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

Bowl’A’Coin does not issue or comment on users and their tasks.  Users are anonymous in the ECO system where only their user name and name is published to third parties.

15:1 Data Management

TeamConnect  is an open source social media site, all you write on the wall can been seen and searched on the internet.
TeamConnect does not sell any content to any third parties.
TeamConnect follows the Rules of Bowl’A’Coin ECO system in §1-14

15:2 User Account

It’s free to create a user account on TeamConnect, and all users earning rewards paid in BAC token based on their activity and inviting new users to the system.
Each user can click on edit profile and decide what to show to third parties in their profile and their wall.
Each user can also add friends and unfriend friends or even block friends.

15:3 Rewards

TeamConnect rewards all their users with BAC tokens.
If any cheat or manipulation with the system, user will be investigated and temporarily suspended, in case of suspicious, TeamConnect support has the right to Removed over paid BAC tokens on a user’s account.

Bowl’A’Coin has the right to update and stop the rewards on users in case if BUG or updates without any notice or any need for compensations.

15:4 SPAM mailing and Posting

If a user keeps SPAM mailing or position, the system will suspend or even delete the user.
Each user has obligations to report any SPAM to Bowl’A’Coin support on support@bowlacoin.com
In case of spamming, you will lose your account and your earnings of BAC token.

All games on the ECO system gaming platform follow the Rules of Bowl’A’Coin ECO system in §1-14. It’s important to read the rules on each game before start playing it, each game has their own setup of rules and regulations.

18:1 Affiliate User

Based on an affiliate users income built up in the Bowl’A’Coin ECO system, they can apply for Franchising with the Bowl’A’Coin’s bowling alley and scoring system. In any country they wish to.

18:2 Location

Bowl’A’Coin will need to approve any location a user selects to start a Bowl’A’Coin branch.
Bowl’A’Coin has the full right to reclaim any location if they don’t believe on the place.
